A dynamic style usually accompanied with world uplifting music, in a way, a choreography of yoga asanas, a movement meditation that synchronizes breath with movement in a continuous flow-Vinyasa.

A technique that creates internal heat which strengthens and stretches the muscles while cleansing and detoxifying our body.
