For people who have never done yoga before or who wish to practice yoga at an easy pace. By the use of props such as blocks, belts and bolsters we help students get into the poses more easily and with the proper alignment. Students are introduced to the basic principles of yoga regarding the asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques). With great attention to detail, they practice emphasizing correct alignment which is the key to developing strength, flexibility and concentration. Also ideal for pregnancy, for people with musculoskeletal problems and those over 60 years old who need a gentle and therapeutic approach.
