Yoga for kids (1-4 years old) with their parents
For mums that want to continue their Yoga practice together with their kids.
Children at this age are already much more physically independent and not always willing to follow the activities and games that we suggest. Nevertheless, at this period of the child’s life it is a privilege to continue with our usual activities without having to separate from them. At the same time the Moms need to proceed taking care of their health and wellbeing.
In this YOGA class we combine these parent & child needs, enabling children to move freely in a comfortable and safe space while at the same time the mothers are able to proceed with their favorite YOGA practice.
Each YOGA lesson will combine:
• Yoga poses (asana) and breathing techniques for the mom (no previous experience required)
• Toys and stimuli for the children
• Deep relaxation for everyone
