In tantra, life is described as a dance: a collection of conscious choices thereby creating its experiential body. The depth, the intimacy of that experience is in large part based on your co-participation. What are you doing and does ‘that doing” offer you value.
Nataraja and the Pine Forest Sages is one of the great cycles of Indian mythology. It offers us a rich tapestry of narration as reflection with redemptive anecdotes to a world suffering from isolation, alienation and loss of intimacy.
Join us for this fully comprehensive yoga practice where myth, mantra, asana and pranayama together take us to the intimacies of the self. This all levels workshop will educate you in the structure of practice whilst guiding you to experience the connection of conscious creative action and the ever deepening of your value.
Todd Tesen, Licensed E-RYT500 offers a comprehensive yoga practice drawing mostly from his extensive experience with Anusara Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Equal to his studentship of asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation is his nearly twenty years of studies with Dr Douglas Brooks and his Rajanaka Yoga.
