Prenatal Yoga

Special group for women in pregnancy . Gentle yoga routine that helps future mothers to obtain strength, flexibility, stamina and calmness that are needed for labor and birth.

In case the group is not filled up, the participants can follow the groups: Yoga 1, Yoga 1-2, Meditation, (Yoga 2 & All levels, with permission from the teacher and only in case they have previous experience) or do privates.
