Meditation Class

In this class, we practice coming in touch with our deepest, inner Self, allowing him to unfold and be expressed.
Through breathwork exercises (Pranayama), we empower him, by consciously enriching and managing our Vital Energy (Prana).
Through attention – focusing exercises (Dharana) and Meditation practices (Dhyana), we learn how to allow our Inner Self to shine out serenely and powerfully. Sometimes, yogic chanting, or deep, guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), or introduction to yogic Philosophy (Satsang) holds us company in this exciting journey.
