Program's details
Yoga 1
For people who have never done yoga before or who wish to practice yoga at an easy pace. It is based on Anusara yoga. By the use of props such as blocks, belts and bolsters we help students get into the poses more easily and with the proper alignement. Students are introduced to the basic principles of yoga regarding the asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques). With great attention to detail, they practice emphasizing correct alignment which is the key to developing strength, flexibility and concentration. Also ideal for pregnancy, for people with musculoskeletal problems and those over 60 years old who need a gentle and therapeutic exercise.

Yoga 2
For those who know the basic principles of yoga and who want to advance their practice.

Yoga 1+2
For students from groups Yoga 1 & Yoga 2.

Vinyasa Flow
Only with the teacher's approval. For teachers and experienced practitioners.
A dynamic style usually accompanied with world uplifting music, in a way, a choreography of yoga asanas, that synchronizes breath with movement in a continuous and sometimes quite fast flow-Vinyasa. A technique that creates internal heat which strengthens and stretches the muscles while cleansing and detoxifying our body.

All levels
A general class for students of all groups (not for completely beginners). A great everyday practice.

Prenatal Yoga
Special group for women in pregnancy . Gentle yoga routine that helps future mothers to obtain strength, flexibility, stamina and calmness that are needed for labor and birth.
In case the group is not filled up, the participants can follow the groups: Yoga 1, Meditation, (Yoga2 & All levels, with permission from the teacher) or do privates.

Children Yoga (3-12 years old)
A game of fantasy, exercise, inspiration and creativity that derives from the observation and imitation of the nature. The class, works on the child’s character thought games, theatre, painting, music, dance, body exercises and imaginary trips!
Their lesson is at the same time with the adults' group so that the parents can do their practice too, at a very spesial price!

Meditation
(Karma Yoga Class open to all, by donations)
In this group we contact our inner self through deep, guided relaxation like yoga Nidra and we let it unfold and express. By the breathing techniques (pranayama) we enforce our vital energy (prana) while through the focus and attention exercises (Dharana) and the meditation ones (Dhyana), we learn how to make ourselves glow in strength & serenity. With the kirtan (phrases in Sanscrit, widely known as "mantras") we learn how to enjoy harmonious melodies that inspire our practice & life. We sometimesdo conversations about the yogic philosophy and other familiar topics (Satsang). In every session emfasis is given on one of the above techniques.

Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga means “eight limbed Yoga” and refers to the eightfold path outlined by the sage Patanjali the author of the Yoga Sutras. There are six sequences in this system: Primary (yoga chicitsa= therapy), Intermediate (nadi sodhana = nerve cleansing), and Advanced A,B,C, D (sthira bhaga). The class is open to all those with regular yoga practice. Starting from the first sequence and under carefull quidance, every practitioner will be able to walk the scenic path of Ashtanga Yoga. As Sri K. Pattabhi Jois used to say “Practice and all is coming!”.

Pilates (Stott Pilates)
Pilates is a system of stretching and strengthening exercises formed by Joseph Pilates.
It strengthens and tones the muscles, improves the body posture, offers flexibility and balance, coordinates body and mind.
All the energy of the activity comes from the ''powerhouse'' and it spreads to the limbs. With the correct breathing, meditation and the necessary activation of abdominal and erector spine we will succeed a safe and effective exercise. It is ideal for rehabilitation of injuries. It gives significant support in yogic practices, especially in strengthening the abdominal area.
